The new complete Kubota D1005-EF03 engine is a compact, high-performance 1.0 L three-cylinder
diesel engine, designed as a direct replacement for the D905 engine. It fits seamlessly into Bobcat skid steers, Terex dumpers, and other compatible equipment, boasting a powerful output, advanced E-TVCS combustion system for emission compliance, durable components, and a compact design for easy installation. As a 1.0 L (1,001 cc) straight-three, water-cooled naturally aspirated diesel engine, it delivers up to 26.4 PS (19.4 KW; 26.0 HP) at 3,600 rpm and 58.4 N·m (6 kg·m, 43 ft·lb) at 2,400 rpm of torque, providing robust, consistent power for heavy-duty industrial and agricultural operations.
Compact Design with Convenient Mounting
Featuring a compact footprint with dimensions of 480 mm (length) × 396 mm (width) × 605 mm (height) and a dry weight of approximately 93 kg (205 lb), the D1005 engine is easy to install in space-constrained equipment. It maintains the same footprint and hardware mounting points as earlier emission tiers, enabling easy upgrades without equipment redesign.
