Hydraulic system
The closed hydraulic system is composed of Danfoss high-pressure plunger pump and motor, ensuring that the roller has good driving performance and high climbing ability. Hydraulic continuously variable transmission ensures operation at the most suitable speed under different working conditions. Both economically viable and efficient.
Vibration wheel structure
The vibration wheel adopts a four point support inner cylinder vibration chamber structure, with high strength and good rigidity, equipped with impact resistant reinforced imported vibration bearings to ensure bearing performance; The carefully designed bearing seat with lubricating oil passage has good lubrication and heat dissipation performance. Even under strong alternating loads, it can still ensure the excellent performance and long-term reliability of the vibration bearing, ensuring efficient construction efficiency.
Wheel reducer
The braking system consists of multiple wet brakes on the vibrating wheel reducer and static hydraulic brakes on the closed hydraulic system. It has three functions: driving, parking, and emergency,ensuring safe and reliable driving.
